I don't believe he did fly back with the team. I heard on ESPN that he was still in the Boston area the next day to take care of "personal business"

Maybe he is not as dumb as he looks, maybe he realized how much he ****ed his team off and said I'll just fly back tomorrow, maybe he did it on purpose who knows. Maybe he'd be happy playing in Canada or the Arena League, but if I were a GM I would touch him with a yardstick.
